Is Government and it's Authorities taking care of their Filipino workers whenever they're in trouble?

I think YES naman, kung kayo'y pupunta sa Iraq uli sa ngayon, make sure Agency is accredited by POEA or they're legall kung hindi sila ay yung klase ng agency na mag-aasigned sa'yo sa mga critical at danger na lugar sa Middle East.
