"Q. I am a minor traveling without my parents. Am I allowed to visit the Philippines alone? A. Except for those who have already acquired lawful residence in the Philippines and those who have been issued reentry permit, Section 29 of the Philippine Immigration Act states that children under fifteen (15) years of age, unaccompanied by or not coming to a parent are classified as excludable.
