This is intended as an online real property supermall where overseas Filipinos will be given a wide choice of Philippine real property, with the assurance that their interests as buyers or property investors will be amply safeguarded.
 
The eCREBA Portal features secure cutting-edge communications facilities, where overseas Filipinos can directly and instantly talk and negotiate with property sellers in real-time, view video walkthroughs (virtual tours) of properties, and effect transactions and payments via a secure electronic documentation and online payments system.
 
We are currently looking to link up with overseas Filipino organizations in making Filipinos worldwide aware of the Portal and avail of its facilities. For this purpose, we have lined up several incentives for participating organizations or individuals.
